Refund Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund via Store Credit (coupon codes).
Please review the points below to check if your item(s) are eligible. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility:
- Item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Item(s) carrying strong odors (smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.) cannot be accepted.
- If your item(s) meet these conditions, we will issue a store credit via email. (excluding shipping costs)
Store credit / coupon codes are valid for one year from the date of issue. They can be used only once, and any unused balance will not carry forward.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny returns requested after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Received a Wrong / Damaged Product
If you received the wrong item(s) or a product is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately via our socials, email ([email protected]), or hotline (077 270 6559). We’ll assist you right away.
Please note that all reports must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns on Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Out-of-Stock Exchanges
If the product you’re looking for is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
