Return and Exchange Policy

At Karav, we want you to enjoy what you wear just as much as we enjoy creating them. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day Exchange Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As the first step, please contact us through our socials, email ([email protected]), or Hotline (077 270 6559) to request an exchange. If your request is accepted, please follow the steps below to complete the process:

Step 1:
Return to our website and place a new order for the size/colour/style you want. Select Cash on Delivery as the payment method and write “Exchange” along with your first name. Please note you will need to pay the delivery charge for the new item you receive, but not for the exchange.

Step 2:
Pack the item securely in its original condition. Make sure to write “Exchange” clearly and visibly on the package.

Step 3:
Hand over the exchange package to our delivery partner when they arrive with your new order.
